Week 7 Update (Still in the wrong direction)

Weekly overview

Winning Bets  6

Losing Bets  9

Total Bets 15

Bank Start  £105.16

Bank Finish £96.51

Not a good week, The overall ROI for this month (-7.11).  To date I have to say Little Acorns is not performing as advertised, even if I took the level bets as suggested by the author.

Okay the system has to have bad months but as the Bot continues I am starting to build up data on the overall performance. There is now 70 bets all placed within the system rules, except the Bot is using compounding bets instead of level stakes.

I will leave judgement until end of month 2, and will have a deep analysis just how well the system is working.

Many thanks

Andy

  1. I had the same bad week. was down over ten points but with the fibonici I made it all back on the Monday. Think I was up about 13points on Monday. Although I'm laying at £7.50 a point so it was squeaky bum time when I was up at sequence 13 of fibonaci so was laying at nearly a 100 quid. Maybe you should run little acorn on. Level and on fibonaci and see how it runs. I know in March I was up about ten points and about 11 points in April and think was up bout 6 or 7 points in February. Be interested to see how the summer months go. I know at bettingsystemtruths.com they have been running it on automation too and have been having good returns on little acorns with fibonici.

    1. Hi Paul

Thanks for your comments, your approach using Fibonacci is another suggested staking with in the Little Acorns Manual and yes squeaky bum time would have been in full swing last week.

I choose the compounding stake method due to very low liability and the protection to the original bank. I must state this is not an option in the manual. However I do run a sheet with level stakes on this blog just to show the comparison to my readers.

I am a firm believer in any system must preform with level bets to prove that it is viable. All staking plans offered will try and recover your bank, but it could wipe the bank out.

I agree the system should now settle down for next few months and hopefully will start to see some gains.

      Thanks

      Andy

    2. Hi, yes it is a bit sluggish at the moment but long term should be ok..
The problem with Fib is that realistically you can only start with small stakes, imagine the stake if you had 8 losers (and then lost, ouch)
Betting at level stakes means you can use much bigger stakes and although you may only make say 2 points a month as compared to 10 points a month with Fib, the 2 points will have a greater value than the 10 points.
      Cheers, Flovac
