Wow what a week, up and then down, 17 lay bets this week which is the highest number since starting the trial. Losers 9 Wins 8 so not very good but the system is up on last week and the current bank stands at £108.99. So the bank has increased £1.09 since last Sunday.
On Thursday 4th May, Bot had 2 losers and 3 winning lays. Friday 5th May, 2 winning lays. The bank was at its highest since starting the trial £117.33 and then came Saturday 6th May, 4 losers, dropped the bank down to £105.97.
There are a few more meetings this evening but a quick check shows that probably no selections will be taken. So this week has been chop chop and chop.
A question from a reader asked about what time the Bot actually places the bet?
The Bot is allowed to place the bet 1 minute before the published start time and then up until the race actually starts. So if the race is late starting and the odds on a favorite come down to 2.0 in the last few seconds the bet will be taken subject to all other conditions being satisfied.

I am a using betengine to automate this system. But I'm using fibonici sequence so was able to recover most of my losses from Saturday with the one winning lay on Sunday. Still up about 2 and half points this week
ReplyDeleteHi There
DeleteI have considered the Fibonacci sequence, but am concerned about the draw down when a long losing run occurs. You are right of course, this will bring your bank up and well done for the 2 1/2 points you have this week.
Are your lay bets matching the Bots?
Many thanks
Andy
If you mean are my odds similar to your odds when matched then there does seem to be a slight difference. Seems you are getting slightly better odds than me. I must check what time my odds are placed
ReplyDeleteHi Paul,
ReplyDeleteThanks for the info, it is always interesting to see if we are all on the same page. Please let me know what you find.
Many thanks
